About TBN Ventures
We did not pivot.
We compounded.
From a single-product ticketing operator in 2015 to an Asia-Pacific live entertainment holding company. A decade of infrastructure building — quietly, deliberately, irreversibly.
Our Story
A decade of infrastructure building.
TBN Ventures began in 2015 as Ticketbuynow — a single-product operator solving one problem: the gap between fans and the seats they wanted, transacted with trust. A decade and one hundred thousand matched orders later, the problem had multiplied.
Touring economics had shifted. Fan capital had digitised. Cross-border attention had become its own currency. The infrastructure we had built — escrow, behavioural data, supply network, brand trust — turned out to be useful in five other directions.
“We did not pivot. We compounded.”— Founder, TBN Ventures
Vision
To be the institutional infrastructure of Asia-Pacific live entertainment — the capital allocator behind the joy.
Mission · Three Operating Commitments
Capital, attention, and infrastructure flow to where they compound — across seven divisions, five geographies, two decades of horizon.
Every record becomes intelligence. Every intelligence becomes a returnable asset. The dataset is the moat.
Tech stack, playbook, brand discipline — packaged for franchise partners across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Group Structure
Two-layer architecture. One holding identity. Three jurisdictions.
TBN Ventures operates as an Asia-Pacific live entertainment holding company. The Hong Kong entity holds group IP and serves as the centre of governance. The Singapore entity executes regional operations and serves as the contracting party for SEA franchise activity. The UK entity provides a capital bridge to European family offices and prepares for future LSE-pathway readiness.
