Middle East
Frontier story. UAE and KSA service-layer engagements aligned with Riyadh Season, MDLBEAST, and Vision 2030 cultural investment.
Strategic Role
Frontier Story · UAE + KSA Service-Layer
The Middle East represents TBN Ventures’ frontier opportunity — pilot service-layer engagements in UAE and Saudi Arabia, positioned within the framework of Vision 2030’s cultural investment mandate and the rapid growth of the region’s live entertainment infrastructure.
TBN Ventures is not entering the Middle East as a primary operator. The entry model is a service-layer partnership: providing secondary ticketing infrastructure, data intelligence, and operational know-how to established regional promoters and venues.
Technology and data infrastructure provided to established local operators. TBN Ventures does not seek a primary promoter licence in the initial phase — we provide the stack, not the show.
The Structural Tailwind
Vision 2030 is creating the largest live entertainment infrastructure build-out in history.
The world’s largest entertainment festival — 7 months annually, 12 million+ visitors — creates sustained secondary ticketing demand that existing regional infrastructure cannot adequately serve.
Saudi Arabia’s music industry is among the fastest-growing globally. MDLBEAST’s infrastructure and brand partnerships create natural alignment with TBN Ventures’ Studios and Strategy divisions.
Vision 2030 sovereign wealth vehicles are active investors in entertainment infrastructure. TBN Ventures’ proven Asia-Pacific model is a credible template for the GCC market.
Middle East fan behavioural data is nascent. Early entry positions TBN Lab to accumulate a proprietary regional dataset with first-mover advantage.
